We strongly believe enterprise can have a positive impact on individuals and communities - both economically and socially.

Our mission is to support the development of businesses, organisations and relationships which enable individuals and groups, especially those who might otherwise be excluded, to realise their true potential and access opportunities.

We use social enterprise programmes as a vehicle to enable young people to explore the world of work, self-employment and active citizenship.

We equip service providers who work with disadvantaged groups (eg youth, migrants, ex offenders) with innovative techniques and approaches to enterprise which:
· Build participants' confidence to value themselves and their abilities
· Inspire participants and help them develop new perspectives
· Enhance participants' ability to work with others, contribute and take their next steps.

We do this through training programmes and workshops, one to one support, facilitating exposure visits and peer exchange, provision of information and signposting people to specialists with technical expertise.
